Pay As You Go Option

If this is the first time that you have used a Virtual Assistant, then you may like to choose our Pay As You Go option.  It is also ideal if you need help for a one-off project.  This option initially includes a free introductory telephone consultation and five hours of Virtual Assistant support.

Monthly Retainer Option

For clients who would like the regular support of a Virtual Assistant each month, a range of Monthly Retainer packages are available which offer discounted rates. Please contact us for further information.

Payment for each month is made in advance and any unused hours can only be carried forward for one month. Additional hours will be charged at the full hourly rate.

Further Information

• The rates cover the time spent communicating with the client by email or telephone and the actual time spent carrying out the assignment.
• Beyond the first hour, rates are billed on a per minute basis.
• Prices are not currently subject to VAT.
• Any additional expenses, such as stationery, telephone calls, courier charges, postage, packaging, photocopying, travel expenses, etc will be charged at cost price.
• If work is requested with a 24 hour turnaround, a surcharge of 20% may be applied.
• The Organised PA shall be entitled to vary the charges from time to time, giving no less than two months written notice to the client.
• Price on application for non-virtual support.
• Any car mileage undertaken in connection with your business is charged at £0.40 per mile.
