Business Background

The Organised PA is run by Rona Wheeldon, who has gained over twenty years of business experience.

She has strong interpersonal skills, pays excellent attention to detail and is very organised. 

The common thread through each of her roles, however, is Customer Service and Rona feels passionate about understanding customer needs and building strong relationships with her clients.

     

  • She initially started working in London for an online supplier of business information, back in the 1980s, training advertising agencies on online products.
  • Next, she moved to a travel company in her home town of Plymouth, where her roles progressed from Call Centre Agent, PA and then to Assistant to the Training Manager.
  • The lure of London pulled her back in the late 1990s to another Customer Service position, this time working for the online division of a prestigious FTSE 100 company.  Her roles progressed from Customer Service Executive, Product Specialist, Corporate Training Team Leader and finally to Global Customer Support Manager.
  • Immediately prior to establishing The Organised PA, Rona trained as a florist and spent time working for one of London's top celebrity florists, both in the flower studio and the office.

Rona has a 2.1. BA (Hons) degree in European Business Studies, specialising in Marketing and German.

She has also completed a number of professional courses, including Customer Service Skills, Time Management, Training the Trainer and Introduction to Effective Project Management.

Rona has extensive experience of the Microsoft Office suite of software, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
